St. Jude Radiothon 2008

Tomorrow morning starts the 2008 St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital Radiothon on KJLO/K-104.  It will kick-off bright and early at 6am and end at 7pm that night.  We will be selling tickets (for a 100$ donation) for the Dream Home Giveaway.  I have done the St. Jude Radiothon in the past at a previous place of employment and I can tell you this… It will not be an easy day for any of the staff at the station.  All day we will have moms dads and kids whose lives have been helped by the wonderful people of St. Jude coming into the station and telling their stories of hope.  All day we will be playing some heart-tugging music complete with tales from children who have been helped by the efforts of this great organization (some made it and some did not).  So if you find it in your heart to give a listen and maybe even shell out some cash for a great cause… Please do so!  I will post more details tomorrow with specific information (phone #’s and such) so that you can give.  Thanks and we will talk soon.
